bdtfun Privacy Policy

When you create a bdtfun account, we collect the following information to establish and verify your identity:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• Date of birth (to confirm you are aged 21 or above).
• Mobile phone number (used as your primary account identifier and for SMS verification).
• Residential address, including city (Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, or other Bangladeshi city).
• Email address, if provided voluntarily during registration.

You may be asked to supply a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other accepted Bangladeshi government-issued document to complete the identity verification process. These documents are processed by our verification partner and are not stored on bdtfun's primary servers beyond the time required for verification.

To process deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), bdtfun collects and retains records of:

• Payment method type (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, Mastercard).
• Mobile wallet numbers or masked bank account/card details associated with transactions.
• Transaction amounts, timestamps, and reference numbers.
• Deposit and withdrawal history for the lifetime of the account.

bdtfun does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or mobile banking PINs. Payment credentials are handled directly by our payment processing partners using their own secure, encrypted systems. bdtfun receives only tokenised or masked references.
