bdtfun Terms & Conditions

To register and maintain an account on bdtfun, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bdtfun or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.
• You have not previously had an account closed by bdtfun for violations of these Terms.

Registration requires a valid mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. bdtfun reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

Each individual may hold one and only one active account on bdtfun. If bdtfun identifies multiple accounts associated with the same person — whether through shared mobile number, shared device, shared IP address, shared payment method, or any other indicator — bdtfun may close all but one account, void any bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings generated through the use of duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share access with any other person. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact bdtfun support immediately at [email protected]. bdtfun will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

bdtfun reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of abuse of the platform or its promotions.

All funds on bdtfun are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following deposit methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment channels may be added or removed at bdtfun's discretion.

Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit: Subject to individual method limits and account tier, which are displayed at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified and previously used to fund the account. bdtfun does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that differ from the depositing method without prior written approval from the bdtfun compliance team. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 2–5 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank): Processed within 1–3 business days subject to standard Bangladesh banking hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processed within 3–5 business days.

bdtfun reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where bdtfun suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. All transactions are logged and subject to automated fraud monitoring.

bdtfun may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus conditions that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered in full before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the promotion.
• bdtfun reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms through coordinated play, arbitrage, or any other method will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts closed.
• A maximum of one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, or IP address.

Bonuses are issued in BDT and are non-transferable. They hold no cash value prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements.

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are offered with odds denominated in BDT. All bets are final once confirmed. bdtfun reserves the right to void bets where:

• An event is cancelled or abandoned without reaching the relevant settlement criteria.
• Odds were published in error due to a manifest technical or human error.
• There is evidence of match manipulation or other integrity issues affecting the event.

Disputes regarding game outcomes, settled bets, or account transactions must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the relevant event. bdtfun will investigate and respond within 10 business days. The decision of bdtfun's compliance team on disputed matters is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdtfun and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and permanent closure:

• Using automated betting scripts, bots, AI-driven wagering tools, or any software that creates an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or processing transactions on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to launder money or use bdtfun for any financial transaction unrelated to legitimate gaming activity.
• Accessing bdtfun via a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a known or unknown platform error are void.

The bdtfun name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of bdtfun. No use of bdtfun trademarks is permitted without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtfun shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, interruption of service, or errors in game software provided by third-party studios.

bdtfun does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, server failures, and network disruptions may affect platform availability. bdtfun will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during service interruptions.

bdtfun's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bdtfun account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdtfun collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using bdtfun, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdtfun uses SSL encryption on all connections to protect data in transit and applies industry-standard security measures to protect data at rest.

bdtfun will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

bdtfun reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Revisions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a revision materially affects your rights or obligations, bdtfun will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details associated with their account. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bdtfun operates as an online entertainment platform and players are responsible for determining whether their use of the platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. bdtfun makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bdtfun's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
